I use all of Redken hair color line and some Joico.
~What payment method do you except?
Cash, Check, and all Credit Cards Accepted
Salon Policies
Late:
Life happens and I totally understand! I will do my best to accommodate you. After 15 minutes (with no communication) you will be considered a no show. If you show up before 15 minutes you may have to forgo portions of your service. I ask that you please communicate with me as soon as you know you will be tardy so I can see what I can do for you. If this is a recurring issue, a late fee may be added to your appointment cost.
No Show:
No shows will be subject to charged $25 for their service fee. This will be due before any future appointments are made.
Cancellations or Reschedules:
I totally understand the need for flexibility in my clients' hectic schedules and respect how valuable their time is. I will do my absolute best to accommodate my client's schedule and ask that you as a client do the same. To ensure that scheduled appointments run smoothly I do require a 24 hour advanced notice. First offense is a warning. Second time will require a $25 fee.
Redo's:
If you are unhappy with your services, please let me know or I can't do anything about it. I ask that you notify me within 7 days from your initial appointment. It's very important to me that my guests leave happy and I will go out of my way to make the situation better.
